The solution is our Comfort 1st Service Agreement

The most important aspects of this Agreement which runs from June 1st to June 1st every year are below:

Priority Service As one of our best customers you automatically go to the head of the line.
Scheduled Maintenance We will thoroughly inspect your cooling and heating equipment so we can ensure that your equipment is running at peak performance and is ready for the coming season.
No Overtime Charges There is never an overtime charge. If we did not see it coming, Saturday night service is the same as daytime on Wednesday.
Customer Discounts If a repair or parts replacement is necessary to keep your system in trouble-free condition, both parts and labor are discounted.
Extended Warranties Our labor warranty is extended from 30 days to 1 year on all repairs, and parts that normally carry less than a one-year warranty will have a one-year extended warranty as well.
